    Last 2 times I have tried to order n have it delivered I get a phone call saying they are understaffed and can't take the order.... Wow....

    There are currently no signs indicating exclusive parking in front of the store. After patronizing another restaurant in the same complex, the manager threatened to tow my car for parking in this spot. Towing vehicles of patrons of other businesses that share the space in a shared parking lot like these is not legal without proper signage. When I attempted to simply inform her of this she threatened to call the cops on me. I'd like to call attention to this to prevent the next person from becoming a victim of an unlawful towing, as she said she'd have the next person who parks there towed.

    Sitting in the drivethrough at 845pm and they never say anything through the speaker. Then i say hello? This large lady comes out and says they had to close at 830 due to staffing. There was 3 people in there???? I was going to order 1 sandwhich. If you closed at 830 TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS

    Ordered drive thru and guy kept talking over me and asked me to repeat what I was saying before I was even finished talking. No one else was in the drive thru before me. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone came to the window to even take my payment. Order was correct. Food was good but my sprite was out/just carbonated water and didn't realize it til I got home.

    Not sure who was “in charge” tonight,” but they don’t seem to care about their job. I went to JJ school. Opened the Carroll JJs as the GM. Would never have answered the phone the way this guy did. I was missing paid extra ingredients on my Sammie’s tonight. He told me he “didn’t care.” Direct quote (second call). I get that he’s closed. I’m not looking for a replacement. But he was an ass. Didn’t take my name or number. Didn’t ask any questions. Just gave me a flippant answer and hung up. Would love to know his name. Will never order from this location again. All you had to do was talk. I ordered a full hour and a half before you closed. I’m not that guy. But I didn’t get what I paid for. No worries. Do your job, I’ll order from somewhere else. Not sure how “cut in half” is a problem but 9 times out of ten at this location it is. Tonight that’s about all they got right. Well done! 🙄
