  Good food! Love their breakfast bagel sandwiches! Can get 1 or 2 eggs to match your appetite. They have coffee, coke, juices, and more to drink. The dinning room is ok, but could use an update. The manager Pat is a great high energy guy! His energy will definitely lift you up too!

  We went to this location and there was an elderly gentleman at the front he was doing his best perfectly took our complicated orders of 3 bagels all with no bacon and a few modifications. It clearly displayed that properly on the monitor. The sandwiches came out incorrectly and did not match the order that was displayed. The two ladies working in the back immediately placed blame on him and started raising their voices at him. It was either a machine error or error of the two ladies in the back but still when he pulled up the correct order they were very rude to him. This gentleman did his best and I even stepped in to say it wasn’t that big a deal and it wasn’t his fault but they completely ignored us and were screaming at him. As we were running late and couldn’t wait for the order to be remade we asked for a refund which the gentleman at the front didn’t know how and asked the manager Courtney (she was one of the 2 ladies) for assistance. She continued to belittle him even though he stated he didn’t know how to process a refund. She was very sarcastic and continued to raise her voice when showing him how to process the refund. This was a terrible experience and displayed very very poor managerial skills by Courtney. It clearly was not this man’s fault and she placed the blame on him and was of no assistance to him trying to perform the duties of his job. This was on February 8th, 2025 at 12pm. Please address this issue as the poor old gentleman gets bullied around these girls everyday. Safe to say we won’t ever we going back to this location.

  Ordered the Western bagel sandwich and the Bacon, Avocado, Tomato egg white sandwich. The western had no peppers or onion and the other had one embarrassing dot of avocado and no tomatoes. Not worth the price at all. Bagel was good but the rest was totally disappointing.

  I am proudly a forever-customer of this delightful establishment. Honestly, at this point I’m not sure why everyone isn’t. Both locations are fantastic—and apparently both have hearts made of warm, fresh bagels—because they give so much to our community. Last spring, the 1st Ave shop donated bagels to Linn-Mar Post Prom, and this location gave us an awesome deal for the Linn-Mar girls’ swim team. If karma is real, these folks are definitely racking up some serious good-bagel points.

  I've been going to the this location for my bagels in the morning, and I have to say that Pat there is absolutely one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. He always makes sure to do everything he can to make the order right and fresh. Every bagel I've had and every sandwich has always been tasty and fresh and I will definitely be continuing to come back for the foreseeable future.
