I wanted to love 7brew but haven’t even been able to enjoy it since they are always understaffed and the last 3 times we went, we waited over an hour while already in the drive through so couldn’t move. I tried again today hoping it would be different and still waited 45 minutes at a stand still for a drink.

Request for Refund: Completely Unacceptable Experience I’d like to request a full refund (not store credit) for my recent visit, because I will absolutely never be returning. I received a coupon in the mail for a free drink and decided to give this business a try. After waiting in line for 43 minutes, the first employee who came out to my car (the line was so backed up that I was not even on 7brew property yet) told me that existing free drink coupons were still valid. However, by the time I reached the second employee - now trapped in the actual line with no way out, literally could not move my car - I was suddenly told they wouldn’t accept my coupon because their scanners were down and that I’d have to pay. At that point, I decided to just go through with the order since I was literally stuck anyway. After nearly half an hour in line, I chose not to tip. The employee then turned the screen back toward me and told me in a rude tone and with an eye roll to “try that again,” clearly implying that not tipping wasn’t an acceptable choice. When I finally reached the window, I could overhear multiple employees inside loudly discussing personal topics such as *their menstrual blood texture* in full earshot of customers which is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. And after all that, the drink I waited nearly an hour for, the Blondie, tasted like nothing but milk. This entire experience was disorganized, uncomfortable, and disappointing from start to finish. Please contact me to issue a refund to the card I paid with, as I have zero interest in store credit from an establishment I will not be returning to.

Unless you have an hour to waste sitting in line, I would not recommend. I understand that it’s busy and it’s new place but it’s not a new concept. if dunkin and starbucks can figure it out, i don’t know why they can’t. there is no reason it should take that long for drinks. All of the staff is super young and doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Here at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning and they only have one line open. Most of the teens they hire do a great job but if you can’t have enough people show up to work during the busiest time of the weekend hire some more reliable workers. This coffee is not good enough to wait 30 min or more for when I can just order online and take 30 seconds to walk in and pick up my Starbucks.

First off, i usually go to the Edgewood location and never had a problem. This location was horrible. It was understaffed taking almost 30 minutes to get through probably around 8 cars max. They also only had one lane open so most cars were parked on the street blocking traffic. When we finally got our order taken, she didn't get our orders right. She never asked what kind of drink I wanted and assumed energy, which I can't drink. Then, my friend ordered a coffee. At the window, we were ignored at the window as they stood there. She was talking to a guy about training, which is fine, but it was a lengthy conversation where we had not be acknowledged and our drinks sat on the counter. When they finally gave us our drinks they gave my friend a drink that was very obviously not coffee and was in fact, an energy drink. She gave it back, to which the worker insisted it was right. We had places to be so we just left out of frustration. So neither of us got a drink we wanted/could drink and we couldn't stay to argue because they took forever. So we never ended up getting a refund for expensive drinks we didnt want. Just go to Edgewood, this place hasn't improved at all.
