  This location has wet way down hill! Went through the drive thru and ordered they were out of bananas so our order had to be modified which is fine, lots of good food at the window. When we get to the window the girl who has bright red hair didnt say anything but our total, no hello, no thank you, nothing. Then we waited while the manager and 2 other employees sat there and talked about how one of the girls didnt spit in someones food.... after that I couldn't even eat the ice cream I had just bought. The 3 employees sat there talking while the girl who took our order and collected our money did all the work. This environment seems VERY toxic and not family friendly at all. Id rather pay double somewhere else and get decent service then have employees sit there and gossip in front of guests about spitting in someones food.

  Food is always good. Service tonight with drive up was extremely poor. I don't recommend anyone going through the drive up. We waited 20 minutes in line (we were only the 4th car in line.) When I talked to the employees at the window when I got there they explained about their ice cream being made and fresh for the first customer in line. I suggested that they ask the customer to pull around and come in when their order was ready, would be a good solution and they basically blew me off with another excuse and the last employee left me with this answer, I've been coming to DQ for 60 years and never had to wait this long in the drive up and her response was ("whatever"). I hope management is reading this review because I gave them two solutions so customers don't have to wait in line for people in front of them, every fast food restaurant that I have seen or been to, asks customers to pull ahead and wait for their order. Every one of them.

  Went downhill hard over the last 3 years. Frequently out of chocolate ice cream, spoons, core ingredients. They have also started a new 4.50$ credit card charge that they sneak in your bill for anyone using a card.

  I had gone in to order a birthday cake. I had specifically requested extra decorations and when I went to pick up the cake the extra decoration was one line of frosting. Made sure to say extra flowers. When I was talking to the employee behind the counter he would not look me in the eye. I have ordered a cake from there for 5 years and every time it is never what I ordered and leave disappointed and hurt. This location can’t seem to do special order cakes. I will never order a cake from this location ever again. The extra frosting decorations was a draped line on the side of the cake. They had more decorations on the premade cakes.
