  My boyfriend and I placed an order online. We got the food, and it was my bad on not checking it when we picked it up, but when we got home. We got boneless wings instead of the traditional. And we counted, and there was only 18. It’s so upsetting since we had to go all the way back to get the right order. We are so thankful that they told us they will make the right order. But whoever is checking the receipts to make sure all the food is correct, they need to do better.

  Worst BWW experience we ever had. 1st time at this particular location tho. Server took forever to come greet us and take a drink order. Then brought 2/3 drinks to table took more then 10 mins to come with 3rd drink took food order. Then 38 mins after we get 1/2 apps we ordered while in this time he never came to refill drinks. Took another 15 to get 2nd app in which was like warm. Asked for manager that took another 10 mins and the manger was very rude. They only took $16 off our order. Also mind you there not at all busy. And theyre were servers and bartender just standing around half the time. Afterwards the manager and the servers all stood n the kitchen doorway talking and looking at us. Very rude. Very bad experience. Be better. Hire better.

  We had gotten to BWW at 4:30, didn't get our drink order taken up until around 4:45, got our food and food was great. Didn't get our drinks refilled not once, nor did our server check in with us except for once when we just got our food. Then we waited almost 25 minuites for our check, and half the restaurant was empty, so im wondering why it took the lady so long? Horrible service 1/10 would not go back.
