It's a hit & miss depending on who is working. Disappointed they no longer give senior discounts. I ordered a plain fish with extra tartar, nothing else & the smallest chocolate shake. I got the fish & it had lettuce on it. The counter gal tried telling me I never said "nothing else"...but I had & instead of working at getting me another she just wanted to argue. Another gal stepped in & fixed it for me. The one who was rude was Laurie.
Why can't they put normal lids on shakes? I lost half of it on my way home.

This Arby’s literally has the best staff doing drive through. I have had 2 different gentlemen in the last month or so and they have the best attitude and customer service. Thanks!!

Both me and my mom got sick eating the same thing which is a foodborne illnesses outbreak so either clean and sanitize your areas completely or get a worse rating

I placed an order online and when I get there to pickup, drive thru lady stated can I help you and thats it. I tried talking to her ie: did u want me to pull forward but I got zero response. I then go into restaurant and wait to get addressed. I explain to lady how I went thru drive thru but no one responded. She states " oh I got busy" Not only was this not the response I wanted but down right rude. Employees seem to forget, without us customers you wouldnt have a job. I then get to food and it was horrible. Curly fries tasted like old burnt grease beyond, my Jamoca milkshake was not only just white but tasted like a vanilla. Curly fries were cold as well and ham and cheese sliders that were fir my dogs, went to the trash as my dogs wouldnt even eat them. I dont know what happened in this situation with my order but it was enough that I will not be returning to this establishment. I have worked at fast food jobs and been in customer service for years and this is not how it should have went. Word of mouth goes far with us consumers, Arbys, you seriously need to do better.
