  My only complaint was waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take our money. I think she was getting a to-go order, but shouldn't there be other people for that? Jodi was awesome in helping us at our table, very friendly and helpful.

  Good place for a solo eating experience, or with the whole family. Love the mashed potatoes, broasted chicken, and cactus bread dessert pizza!

  After I lost while playing the claw machine and had to leave, the man at the counter let me play rock, paper, scissors for the Peter Griffin plush I wanted for free even though I offered to pay 20 bucks for it. 10/10 experience would go again

  Have never been let down here,maybe ice cream machine once in a while,but who don,t have problem with ice cream machine once in a while Best fried chicken in my book and grand selection of sides and desert,s if it,s not out when your after it give them a few minutes or ask estimates time it will be refreshed,that's key to a good buffet is having a good over turn on the food,don,t want overkill on availability and loose that quality of freshness,I am a big fan of your sage dressing along side that juicy chicken but have been told it,s only certain day,s of week guess i,ll have to call ahead of plans to make sure it,s their,dam all this talk is making me hungry old man,thank,s to yall and staff,have a blessed and prosperous day.

  We are at pizza ranch yesterday. First, one of the ice machines had no ice. No biggie. Just used the other one. Got a plate of chicken. Pizza ranch is one of the few places I will eat chicken because I’m picky. Get to my table and put a fork in. Blood and juice just run out. So much that it soaked my other foods. I went to the front and asked for a manger to let them know about it. The guy at the front said it’s only because they didn’t pop a joint. I told him I didn’t care I’m standing here with a plate covered in blood from their food and wanted a manager. He yells for someone else to get one. They do. She comes out and I tell her and SHOW her blood soaked food. Her only response was “oh” as she grabbed the plate and walked away. Then on the way out of the door my daughter still had one of the kid cups in her hand. Empty. She asked the guy at the front desk if he could throw in his trash can that RIGHT THERE. He told her he “do her one better” and grabbed her arm and walked her all the way back into the restaurant to a garbage. Not to mention the 45ish minutes we spent there the 3 tables my family took up were not cleaned once. The table behind us that left as we’re coming in was also never touched. Just as we’re getting up to leave they came and cleaned our tables. We had 8 people plus a toddler. So we had plates piled up everywhere. This went from the only place I would eat chicken to somewhere I will probably never eat at again. Definitely was not worth the 100$ it cost us.
