  This used to be my favorite location. They might have the most disgusting tasting fountain pop in the entire Cedar Valley.

  McDonald's is absolute garbage. They can't get a order right to save their lives. I wrote it down on a paper wrote PLAIN on the burgers AND dres a square around the plain just in case they needed a visual and they copied the whole paper. Made every mcchicken normal 🤦‍♀️ had to leave and go back so all the food was cold. The manager Ashley didnt seem to care at all in fact she was walking away as I was talking to her. I absolutely WILL be calling main office and reporting and I told my kids we are done with McDonald's for a LONG time. If It was us we wouldn't even eat there because their food is literally absolutely garbage but because we have hardly any fast food places that are even half way good unfortunately it doesn't leave much choice on a night I want to take off of cooking. Shame on that grown manager acting like it was MY fault because the paper said "special request" instead of plain well wth special request is it then cause they made it normal so they ignored the special request.

  I placed an online order and received the absolute wrong food and was less food than what I had ordered. I proceed to call them to ask if they can please give me the food i paid for and the lady was very rude and told me to stop yelling when i was trying to be super polite but she kept telling me there was nothing she could do and proceeded to hang up on me. I wish they would’ve at done something to makeup for the mistake they made. I lost money by not receiving my order correctly.
