- KMKelly M1 day ago1.0The staff greeted us with a "Good Morning"and we paid and went on our way. Didn't ask if we had a special pizza we'd like. We went got our hot food which was well supplied. Went to salad bar there was NO lettuce. Husband went to get coffee for us and there wasn't any. I asked for coffee mugs they brought those out but then I had to ask if someone could make some coffee. Person told me that he would check. Few minutes later he came to our table and told us they DIDN'T HAVE ANY COFFEE. REALLY no coffee in the building? Regular, decafe, or hazelnut? Then my husband went to get ice cream and the machine didn't work. It took 3 or 4 customers to ask if it could be checked out to see why. I went back again to the salad bar and still no lettuce so I asked if someone could bring some lettuce out. I want to say they were NOT busy so there was no reason for things not to be stocked. When the person did bring out the lettuce he seemed put out that he even had to do it. Pizza bar had maybe 5 slices of different kinds of pizza. To think I paid for these things and not have them is a real let down. No coffee, ice cream machine had to be unlocked, no lettuce dessert bar had 3 little pieces of cactus bread and nothing else. This was the worst ever since we have been going there. There was a 2 year old in there screaming because the mother was antagonizing her so to try and talk was a bit difficult. Was very glad to get out of there where it was QUIET!!!!

For example we wanted cookies and they were out I asked her if they were making some and she said I’ll have em done in a five minutes. Then proceeded to come with a fresh tray of cookies to our table!

Our group had a problem with the arcade card machine, the poor kid working back there told us the manager basically refused to help him. Which left someone, who'd obviously never had to open the thing before to do their best to fix it with a dozen people waiting in line.....
