They kept telling my husband that they didn't have any custom cake orders, even though I had spent over 5 minutes on the phone with a female ordering it. I was extremely frustrated because then we had to settle for a cake from the cooler that wasn't how I ordered and ended up paying way too much for a cake we didn't want. It was disappointing since we love DQ cakes! We didn't receive any compensation or money off either.
