  I called to ask about the cooking time on these wings because the kitchen cooks all the chicken out of them! These wings were so over cooked the roof of my mouth is sore! I was told all wings are cooked at 14.5 minutes. Well depending on the size of the wings thats too long! Not to mention there was nothing saucy about my extra wet I requested. I don't know why I thought anything would be different after not eating here for months. So sad 😞

  Usually have good luck herebut this time was rough. Waited for a table for 15 minutes even though half the place was empty. Didn't get our drinks for another 15 minutes and my daughter's drink didnt come till after our food got there. Ordered chicken sandwich and it was at least half the size as the last time I was here. Dissapointed all around!

  Have eaten at this Buffalo Wild Wings about 5-6 times. It could be that the entire chain has gone downhill as I have not been to a Bdubs in a few years before going to this one but upon coming back I was very disappointed. First and foremost, the lady behind the bar was absolutely working her tail off and asked her manager for help about 4 times. Manager was preoccupied with tasks that seemed ultimately unimportant compared to the heaps and heaps of drink orders the bar tender was receiving and guests in the restaurant. The bartender was definitely under some stress but I was consistently shocked with their professionalism compared to their higher ups. The bar service here gets a full 11/10 and the whole joint would truly fall apart without her. She was taking bar orders, drink orders and server drink orders for the entire house, asked for help several times and when she did not get help she still knocked it out of the park. The management should be giving her anything she wants. Now, on the FOOD side of things, 0/10. This establishment is called Buffalo Wild Wings, yes? Hands down the worst wings I have had at a Bdubs. Every-time I go there or order online they take about 2 hours to fulfill your food order. The wait for a table is also no joke. Took the Host 15 minutes to talk to the person in front of us to get them seated. Funny thing is, the Host also asked the Manager for help and the Manager only said “Let’s get these people seated” and then walked away to spend 15 minutes trying to find a DoorDash driver their order. Took about 20 minutes for us to even talk to the host and yes we were sitting at hour 2 when our food was served. 20 boneless wings and a 3 piece chicken tender meal. 2 hours? The bar tender was extremely apologetic and honestly we feel bad for her. She should not have to apologize for the Kitchen and Management’s lack of professionalism. Manager when asked about the quality of the cooking just asked if we wanted the food taken off our bill and walked away before we were done with the conversation. Whoever see’s this review, find out who this bartender is and give them a better job. Corporate needs to step in on this one and make these managers figure out their job. 100% This BDubs is only open because this bar tender us gem. Literally got 10 drinks out in 2 minutes. Someone hire her. Lastly, what was on our bill was 3 beers, 1 Margarita and a 3 piece chicken tender meal. $55. Really? This is a chain. $55? That’s crazy ya’ll. Lived in Chicago for 10 years and you can get the same meal, downtown, real meat for $30. I don’t know if it’s Buffalo Wild Wings all together or just this location but what a joke.

  Pretty cool the bar tender and mattress were support attentive and even when feeling busy or short staffed they communicated well about wait time and made sure to make us comfortable over all great experience.

  I had stopped in yesterday to place a to go order around 1:30 and the waitress was very kind and informative. Helped me get the food I wanted for the best lunch value! Why I gave the food an overall score of 1 star is that I specifically asked for not just wet, but extra wet. I like my wings saucy with some flavor, but sadly as I took my take out from the building and got to work. I opened my box to disappointingly average sauced wings. Nothing wet about them. I know the waitress didn't forget to put that detail down as the boxes were covered in the stickers showing that they read and followed instructions, but sadly the cook must not understand what wet wings are.
