    Possibly the worst Arby's I've ever been to. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through and never was acknowledged until i said something into the pedestal. Waited at the drive through window for my food, and got handed my drink. They asked me to pull around to the parking lot and they would bring my order out there, no big deal. Waited for another 20 mins in my car for someone to bring my food out. They never did. I ended up going inside to check on it. Visibly annoyed by this time, i check my order and it was missing my curly fries and dipping sauce. The worker then had the audacity to ask why i have an attitude. Of course i have an attitude, ive been waiting 20 mins for my food after going through the drive through and didn't even get an apology for the long wait, but met with " why you got an attitude?" Don't bother going to this Arby's, i know i won't be going anymore.

    3-9-2026 6:30-45pm got to the drive through. Nobody acknowledged us. Went through the drive through a second time, waited a bit, said hello a few times before we were asked to wait. Took almost 30mins to order and get our food. When the person at the window handed us the food they just stared wide eyed. Got 2 half orders of fries, and my brisket sandwich was in pretty pitiful shape.

    It was very unfriendly place. The lady that helps us was rude, when my husband was paying she sayed you paying cash got really rude. When are food was done they didnt call are name nothing just sat on the counter, my husband went up got are food I order mozzarella sticks didnt get the sauce so the husband went up and stand at the counter for at least 5 min why 2 young man was standing in the drive thru not paying attention then he finally ask for the sauce. The place was gross food on every table and food on the floor. Sorry worked in fast food restaurant when I was not busy I would go out wipes off tables, sweep the floor and greet customers. Thinks someone need to go over videos tapes rethink ur employees and little more training dont think there was even a manager working. Very disappointed thank god we live out of town.

    Dirty, rude workers, not willing to help people or take orders. Guy was cheering when people walked out because he didn't want to help them.

    I went through the drive thru today and there was no acknowledgment what so ever. I knew there were cars in front of me so I thought they might’ve been busy. Finally after about a minute I said hello, no answer. After waiting five minutes and endless hello’s I drove to the drive thru window. About a couple seconds after getting there an employee opened the window and just stood there staring at me. Being nice I said I don’t know if the intercom isn’t working so I just drove up, because I’ve been waiting. He instantly replies you’re gonna have to go back around and shut the window. Slightly annoyed I drove back around and waited my turn. But as soon as it was my turn, once again no answer. I sat there for another five minutes and had to drive up and reverse to get it to even go off again, and finally ordered. Very disappointing, the customer service is terrible.
