- JHJacie HawthorneAug 29, 20251.0Drive thru menu needs updated, your only option for the “non classics” is subway series so for instance I wanted a steak and cheese but had to order the Philly and sit there and take off everything I didn’t want to get my usual sandwich. So I did just that, and when I drove all the way home to find out my sub had random things that I had taken off on the sandwich. The same thing with Fiance’s sandwich. $29 down the damn drain because staff didn’t pay attention to what was taken off and what was put on. Update your drive thru menu so customers can get their classic sandwiches as in the steak and cheese not “the Philly”

(45 min away). I ordered a 12” sub, got a 6”. I did not select onions, I got onions. I ordered 2 bags of chips, I got 3 and I ordered one drink and I got 2. I let the drink slide when I was handed another one because I knew it would get drank but wish I would have discovered the rest of the mistakes before I got all the way home!
