I have 10+ year of restaurant experience, 2 years of that being general management, I also did 6 years as an event coordinator specifically running buffet lines. The steam tables with the gravy and chicken are NOT UP TO TEMP. Both me and my husband got mild food poisoning from the gravy. Thank goodness we didn’t eat the wings!!! I knew I shouldn’t have eaten it after I told my husband there’s no way the potatoes and gravy were even close to 140. Too bad because we love coming here and have never had issues before. Won’t be back for a good long while. FIGURE OUT THE STEAM TABLE! You’re making people sick!!!!! I also commented this on their Facebook to try to keep it out of their reviews but have not been acknowledged. I normally love this place!!! PLEASE check your steam tables. I want to come back and change my review!
