    Drive thru employee pleasant, very friendly. However, order was wrong! What was correct was not made as ordered. Did go inside so was unaware of order mistake until we were on the road.

    Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meat & 3s, I asked for curly fries and asked to add red ranch and cheddar to my roast beef , when I got home they gave me crinkle cut instead of curly and charged me for the additions to my roast beef but didn’t add it, when I called back they pretty much told me that it was on the ticket and that it’s my fault for not checking and that they don’t have beef n cheddar on the meat & 3 EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA, long story short I spent $20 and my wife ate the food. I get it, things happen but the manager on duty on January 12th around 6 PM was just god awful and didn’t and made this experience horrible, other restaurants should take notes on what not to do for guest recovery.
