- RDRon DavisFeb 23, 20263.0I am sorry to have to say that I am not happy with this branch of DQ. They are showing SERIOUS lack of cross contamination procedures. The last 3 orders I placed there, i have found other things in my order. 1 day I went to the drive through, ordered 2 med blizzards. 1 royal cheesecake, the other Reese peanut butter cup. After eating half the royal cheesecake, I found 3 pieces of chocolate in my blizzard. A couple days later, I ordered agsin, via door, another medium royal cheesecake blizzard. After eating about a quarter of my blizzard, I found a couple mini m&ms in my blizzard. I just finished my last royal cheesecake blizzard... having ordered the royal cheesecake and the Reese peanut butter again. I ended up with a piece of chocolate and two large chunks of peanut butter. Thank God I do not have a peanut allergy, but, that side, what is up with cleaning the blender between orders? Are your employees not taught about cross contamination? Do they at least clean their hands???
