  Ordered the 12 half sandwich box and none of the sandwiches were what I had chosen when I placed the order. I didn’t realize it until I was already at the event that I ordered them for and by then it was too late to call and get them to fix it. Also, The lady at the window when I do the pick up, was less than friendly.

  I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, but the last 2 times I’ve gone to this location I’ve been met with a very rude worker. She has thick eyeliner and gives me a lot of attitude regardless of how nice I am. It really ruins my experience here.

  Went to Jimmy John’s at 8:50 pm to get supper before work, I could see 3-4 employees inside and there were cars in the parking lot. When I went to the drive-through to place an order I was ignored and ended up leaving after waiting several minutes for service. This store is usually good about being open until 9 (as advertised) so I hope this isn’t going to be the new norm.
