My calm, polite 85 year old grandmother and her young great-grandchildren were threatened with police charges by the manager. It was absolutely unbelievable. Truly it all stemmed from a simple misunderstanding and employees that had zero patience with an elderly woman who was simply trying to understand her receipt and charges. I am personally a Christian pastor and try to be a patient person. I have never been through anything like that in my whole life. We have been a long time Pizza Ranch supporters on other communities because of their Christian values. I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning because this was a truly frightening experience. We felt unsafe because of how angry and hostile the manager was over something so minimal. I hope this is not others experience but there is no way I can feel comfortable going back there again and just felt compelled to let the public know. On top of it all the manager was even unwilling to give us her name, and did not wear a name tag. Technically, she even went so far as to threaten to press charges when I calmly asked for her name then refused to acknowledge my presence even in front of other customers from there on. Ultimately we had to leave. It was very embarrassing and I continue to feel it was entirely unnecessary based primarily on a misunderstanding.
