- CNCole NeeceFeb 24, 20261.0i ordered food online, was the only person in line, and pretty much everything was no where near correct, i understand it’s close to closing but some people work late, i don’t know how anyone messes up a plain cheeseburger and put everything on it with way way to much mustard, then the cookies are fully smashed together, fries are completely cold, bottom of my burger looks like it was slid off another bun with everything on it and thrown on a fresh bun, this is a absolute joke of a place

- WBWayne BrewerJan 25, 20261.0I’m going to be upfront: I hadn’t even opened the bag yet and already knew there was no ranch, even though I requested it. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter with fries and a Diet Coke. There was nobody else there, yet I was still asked to wait out front for someone to bring my order. When the food was brought out, I told the employee there was no ranch. She responded that it wasn’t her job to bring food out and said she was going back inside. After that, I called the store and spoke with someone I assume was a manager. She asked if the ranch was on the order. I explained that I added it late, but the drive-through employee said he would put it in the bag. Clearly, that didn’t happen. I then asked for her name and she refused to provide it. I asked multiple times. She also would not transfer me to a manager if she was not one herself. At that point, I would have had no issue coming inside and paying for the ranch, but after the attitude and refusal to help, I wanted no part of the situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are plenty of other McDonald’s in the Quad Cities — I’d recommend skipping this one.
