Its just avocado flavored, so I was told, its absolutely not avacado flavored ranch, mostly lettuce a little cheese and 4 tiny pieces of hopefully it was chicken I didnt eat it after a mouth full of lettuce n ranch I had to look. Just nope.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell. They did not give us the right order and worst of all there was a bolt found in the burrito we ordered.
Recently went there and as a Disabled Veteran I like to living everyone's day by being goofy and ordering food in a goofy voice just to cheer up everyone by making a fool of myself and after making the guy taking my order laugh who I assume to be the manager chimed in and said "if you want to keep it up you can be done and leave get food somewhere else " in a bitchy tone. I will not be going back if thats how you treat someone who served this country.

SATURDAY used the Taco Bell app to go through drive thru. Pulled up to window at 7:05 pm. Received my FOOD AT 7: 37PM. Thats correct, waited 32 minutes for 2 Crispy Tacos. 3 customers inside. Not sure why, but WOW!! Why have an App To save time when you cant get the food out!!!

Not placing blame nor responsibility on staff. Staff on shift were moving doing what they seemingly were trained to do. If this is the case, then the system is failing / has failed. On average, including ours, five orders taking 36 minutes to be out - this includes delivery, carry out, and dine-in.
Sad and disappointing.
Unfortunately, this is our third experience with Taco Bell with same results. Thus, leading us to the conclusion that it is not the staff - it is the system.
This is our first post, but rest assured, it comes representing MANY unsatisfied quiet voices.
