- BBBenOct 24, 20251.0The register would not read my gift card. The kid did not care, and refused to type in the gift card number! Poor customer service. Since they refused to type in my gift card, I left the sandwich on the counter with the employee and walked out. I’ve never had a retailer refuse to honor a gift card when the register struggled to read it. I visited this location often, but won’t be back.
- CGchristi goodApr 1, 20231.0Picked up an order to go, ordered 6 inch, every one of them were wrong. Also bread was no bigger than a hot dog bun. All sandwiches were incorrectly made, one even had mayo only, nothing else. Also the veggie had ham on it and the turkey was missing the turkey. So i called they said they would remake, i asked to change them to footlongs since they were so small then had to drive all the way back to pick them up. I thought the least they could do was not charge the extra for the footlong size but oh no, had to pay extra and they were very rude.Will never go back!
