  $13 for a “full size” salad (Greek Goddess Cobb) that comes with BARELY any chicken is WILD. Girl working drive through was nice. But I even asked her if the full salad came with more chicken and she said yes. I’d hate to see the half salad.

  Panera bread always has good food. But to be honest, I dont know what half of the things on the menu even are unless I search it on my phone...like who uses the word arugula. Even thier ordering system is really confusing...pick two, half sandwich etc...really? A half sandwich or a half salad? Are you really making a sandwich, cutting it in half and selling me one half? I go to most resturaunts for the first time and I know what I am ordering. Here @ Panera (not specifically this location, but @ every Panera), I am always confused. Why can't they just call it a value meal, a combo, a basket etc...Call it a small sandwich or a small salad. Make it easy for the first timer! Dumb it down for people like me! Even when you order the food, they have a different place to pick it up. None of the stores tell you that- like we are supposed to know that, when it is so different from almost every other resturaunt? But enough ranting. Like I said in the beginning it is actually very good food. This location is clean. The manager was checking with customers, brought my 3rd plate of food out to my table because I thought I only ordered two (I had left the 3rd plate at the pick'up location), then returned my food when I explained I didnt realize I ordered that on the kiosk. It really was my fault, and they didnt have to do the return but they did. So great customer service! I will be back again because the food is great and the service is great. Maybe, someday, I'll figure everything else out.

  They gave me my mac & cheese through the drive-through and forgot to spoon so I pulled back into the drive-through and they stand and laughed and didn’t come back to our window and we honked and we knocked and they wouldn’t come to us and then the manager finally came and gave us a spoon, and those employees need to be fired
