  Super frustrating when I order for multiple people at work and there are NO NAMES on the sandwiches! Most just had an X on the paper. Not even the name of the sandwich. No wants everyone touching their food trying to figure out who ordered it!! I now do not get to eat my wrap because someone else took a bite thinking it was theirs.

  Used to love JJ however after putting in an order at 9pm and arrive at 930 pm to pick up and I was ignored and the doors were locked. Store is supposed to be open until 10pm and I had already paid for subs. My order was ignored. Terrible service and the communication and management skills. I was looked at and waved and ignored. My family was ignored Do better. Thank goodness JERSEY MIKES is in town baby whoo! I will never go back you lost a customer for life. 0 stars

  Made a SIMPLE request to cut my tuna club giant (16-inch) sandwiches into 3 pieces and Tony and his coworkers flat out told me NO. This request was too inconvenient for them? Tony informed me they can only cut in half? Is this in the store policy? What happened to excellent customer service? This message is for the leaders and owner of this Jimmy John. Please train your people to provide good customer service! If a customer ask for their sandwiches to be cut, you cut the sandwich! Very disappointed and inconvenient. Never coming here again.

  Well been 45 minutes since I placed my delivery order, jimmy Johns is less then a mile away, so safe to say they are not coming. Guess I'll pop over to the gas station and get a frozen pizza 😔
