  Waited 28min in the store on my one sandwich pickup order and the sandwich was a mess. Three women who ordered in the store waited maybe 10min at the most and we served ahead of me. Very frustrating, won't be back.

  Very terrible experience with this Ankeny Jimmy John’s location. Took over an hr for delivery. Had to call twice to check on. Manager never once apologized or explained why it was taking so long. We live 5 minute away from location. Usually pick up but home with a very sick daughter as to why it was delivered. We will never be returning to this location. Manager told me it was on its way.. then called again 30 mins later and asked her to check where it was. She said she would have to call him and I said yes please and she wouldn’t. Then told me it wasn’t busy when I ordered but was now. Which makes no sense why it took so long. She then said. It will get there when it gets there. I have never had such poor customer service. This location should find a new manager if this is the treatment your head person has.

  The workers don't treat Latino people well; it seems they have a racism problem. I'm going back, but with my lawyer, to see how they'll treat me again.
