    They gave me my mac & cheese through the drive-through and forgot to spoon so I pulled back into the drive-through and they stand and laughed and didn’t come back to our window and we honked and we knocked and they wouldn’t come to us and then the manager finally came and gave us a spoon, and those employees need to be fired

    Attention to detail and availability of stock drive customer satisfaction. This Panera had neither one. They were out of what I wanted, the coffee was not hot and they got my order wrong. Why should I return?

    The food is amazing, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The online ordering/pickup is super smooth and makes it super convenient over busy hours. The only problem is the parking lot is very congested during peak hours.
