Atleast 4 groups of people had breadsticks after the 1st time (They came in after we 1st asked, and there was 5 in one group, 2 in another, and three in the rest). There was only three of us. The manager said she would bring them out as soon as they was done the 1st time and the second. They didn't apologize for the wait.

So my daughter went and asked manager came by our table and said she saw my daughter and that she would bring some out. 15 min pass, still nothing so my husband said grab your stuff were done here. As we was leaving my husband asked for manager. She said she was and he said thanks for shitty service. Any other fazolis we gone too never had to wait almost 30 min for more of the unlimited breadsticks but I guess here you will wait until the next day if they ever come out of the oven. Oh wait 5 people who ordered after I first asked got their breadsticks. Guess since we got a few it was all even though its suppose to be unlimited Update: Since really no concern can I have corporates number! This is horrible service
