The coffees were two of the worst coffees we've ever had. We had to go home and add additional cream and sugar to make it somewhat edible. Beyond that, they forgot my bagel and I had to remind them of it. I came home to read the reviews and it seems my experience is a common occurrence at this shop. Clearly management does not care. Most likely makes their revenue from first-time unsuspecting randoms (like myself) rather than repeat customers. I won't be returning to this Dunkin. God only knows if management will ever make any meaningful improvements. I won't bother visiting again to find out. But the dining room was clean.

It was 9am and was served coffee by a child w no milk or sugar and they completely forgot the food item I ordered until asked. You can not leave teens unattended and expect them to do a good job. Someone needs to step up here
