Came in to order a cake, carrying a baby, the lady looked at me as I came in no getting or any attempt to acknowledge me another customer walks. She waits on the Immediately and gets their order ready. Than comes goes back to clean up Then comes over and say “Do you know what kind of cake you want. I tell her and say for tomorrow. She just say can’t do it we have to have 48 hrs I understand the time requirement and would not have been upset if she would have treated me visit with any kind of respect. I would have walked out after she waited on the 2 customers first but it was an order for my granddaughter

We asked for a few samples so they could choose flavors, and the employee seemed annoyed every time we asked. After each child had two samples, I told them that was enough, and the employee made a snarky comment about how it was “only three samples” while rolling her eyes. There was no line and no one else in the store, yet we were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. First impressions matter, especially with kids, and this experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
