- SGSydni GJan 20, 20265.0My 50th birthday is coming up and my favorite ice cream is a seasonal flavor at BR, but there aren't any close to us anymore. I had to come to the DSM area for an outpatient surgery. I was able to call the day before and ask them to pack up some of that flavor so I could put it in the freezer until my birthday. When I was there yesterday, the owners were so kind and gracious and I was pleasantly surprised to unpack the ice cream at home to find that the female employee, who packed up my ice cream after taking my call-in order, had written a personal birthday message on my packed ice cream! That above-and-beyond customer service is pretty rare these days in Iowa, sadly, and I can appreciate that as both a customer and as the former owner of a store. THANK YOU.

Tonight I went through the drive thru and right after the first ice cream she sounded annoyed. She rolled her eyes when she saw me at the drive thru and turned to say something to her coworker who then also rolled his eyes! She forgot one of my ice cream so I went in and when she was practically tossing the spoon at me it fell so she got me a new one that she also aggressively handed to me that it almost fell. I’m sending corporate an email because this is unacceptable customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
