When I finally got to the front of the line, I apologized to the worker but informed them thirty eight minutes was beyond unacceptable, and that they owed me a free drink to continue earning my business. I go there three times a week. The girl told me they were out of free drink cards, said that I could have gotten them to let me out of line early, and that it was OK that I don't come back. Seriously the worst experience I've had anywhere in a long time.
