- JSJennifer StierApr 2, 20265.0I came in for a pick up, I was tired and having a bad day, the fella that helped me was so kind, I wish I would have caught his name, brown hair and glasses, anyways just wanted to let management know how great my experience was and hope they figure out who the employees was and show appreciation as much as I did on that night. Wednesday Apr 1st around 730pm.

Two weeks later and hit the "reply" button on that email, and I got a brush off letter. They were busy that day, rushing around, and literally slopping things together. In retrospect, when they were rude to my wife and daughter, we should have just left. But we were hungry and this is what my daughter wanted, so we stuck it out. Never again. I'll never spend a nickel at Chipotle again. There are too many places to buy an overpriced burrito, that I'd go back. Every business makes mistakes and we should demonstrate grace each chance we get. But... When you get brushed aside and marginalized, you learn to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. As long as customers like us don't leave and go elsewhere as we share our experiences, businesses like this that have average product, high prices, and terrible service will continue as if nothing is wrong. Now I just have to figure out how to get the stains out of the upholstery and the stink, after all that sloppy mess leaked out of the bag and all over the car... They got the order wrong too, by the way. What a horrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE. ********* Terrible experience. Total mess dripping out of the bag onto the ground. Staff was rude.
