    Cold food, small portions and higher prices. Boneless wings are the size of McDonalds chicken nuggets. Prices keep increasing while the wing sizes keep decreasing. The deal breaker for us was today when the wings came out at room temperature. We won’t be back.

    Horrible service It appeared slow Got to the bar seat with only 4 other guest at the bar and it still took 12 min for the bartender to even acknowledge that we're seating there, and another 5 min to get a drink! The wings ware fanatic ... so if you have patience, definitely good place for wings, beer and sports.

    Best BWW in the Des Moines area. The wings came out quickly and hot and they were well sauced and covered. Our waiter was a little too attentive but it was kind of slow in there. Would visit again.

    I am so sick of this store. Every time I have ordered from this store I receive incomplete items with wrong ingredients; missing ingredients, half a sandwich when I ordered a whole. It’s getting ridiculous. I’ve placed probably over 15 orders here in the past 8 months and received maybe 2 that were actually correct with all items and ingredients. Y’all need to have a serious quality control overhaul.
