  The last 4 or 5 times that I have placed an order through the drive through, I’ve received an incorrect order!!! I haven’t received the correct meat in the sandwiches that I’ve ordered and one of those times, I didn’t get ANY meat at all and I had to drive back to the store to get the meat added to my order 😡. I’ve asked more than once to speak to a manager to report the problems and I get told that they are NOT allowed to give out that information!!! Something is very wrong at that store and I will NOT be going back!

  Cold food at noon. Never any Arby's sauce whats the point of Arby's sauce when you don't let me use it. Thanks for the straw too

  We live 2 minutes away so if me and my partner work late hours we will often stop & get a few sliders. We noticed getting home the cheese wasn’t even kind of melted. Took one bite and it was extremely cold. Noting the worker did seem frustrated with us in the drive thru. Assuming they were irritated and just didn’t cook it… Also asked for a sprite. Said it twice politely because it wasn’t repeated back to us and we were ignored.

  Ordered online. Went to pick up my food and it was cold. And apparently they don't know how to read or count cuz I ordered a jamocha shake and an 8 piece jalapeno popper and got a vanilla shake and 5 poppers.
