  Service was amazing! Jessi was great, but I think it’s very unfair that she was doing four people’s jobs at once. That’s a lot of stress but she did absolutely amazing and I think she deserves a raise of some sort.

  They tolerated us coming in right before closing to get frostees! They also gave us free year round frosty cards! Great experience overall!

  The food is good but the service is horrible. Almost every time I wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order, or they are out of something most of the time I come. I’ve been here multiple times either for my own order or picking up DoorDash for people. Last week I had a 37 minute wait for a DoorDash pick up for 4 nuggets and a Coke. And all the other dashers with me were waiting just as long if not longer. I don’t understand how this Wendy’s could be so mismanaged. I wasn’t going to write a review initially because I like giving places a chance to prove themselves to be good. But it’s every single time that it’s at a minimum a 15-20 minute wait for food even when it’s quiet. I love Wendy’s, but I just can’t get over how slow this one is, no matter the time of day.

  I placed a mobile order on the wendy's app and provided proof of my order to staff, and they refused to make my order. This restaurant has no shame in scamming their customers, and it is a mistake trusting them to provide reliable service.
