    Incident on 3/22/2026. As a professional McDonald's eater, I have eaten at 300+ locations. This one is by far the worst. They closed there inside area at least 3 hours before it is set to close. This is out of pure laziness because they don't have to clean it later at night. I then had to go through the drive through and they forgot to put fries in my order. This McDonald's needs to get new leadership ASAP.

    Consistently missing items in pickup orders. Almost every time I place a pickup order, something is missing. Hope the store can improve their order accuracy and quality control.

    I went through the drive-through earlier and ordered a McChicken meal deal. At the first window, the employee had asked me if I ordered the spicy. I politely told her no, and she adjusted my order. After picking up my food and going home, I opened my sandwich to find it is in fact a spicy McChicken. I do not have an issue with the spicy sandwich, but it is frustrating that after getting it clarified and corrected it was still wrong. EDIT: just went back since this post was made and this time I was missing my nugget sauce again. I can’t tell you the last time I ordered something here and everything was as advertised. Employees were quite nice.
