  Ive tried ordering a Carmel Frappe on three separate occasions at separate times of day. How do you make money h off the machine if its off in the morning, at lunch and dinner time? Pathetic effort

  I bought the kpop demon hunters meal; I got instead half of my fries filled and cold aswell as missing cards. I only noticed this when I arrived home. I drove back to explain my situation since I was disappointed to say the least. The manager who came up to speak to me did not introduce himself, and just looked at me like he could not care less about why I was there in the first place. I told him the situation and he immidiatly said that I did receive a card. Which I replied to him I did not in fact. He then got back inside for a couple minutes and then met me at the window again. Which he said that in fact they did forget to put one, since whoever did my bag did not check to there was once. He apologized briefly about it and gave me the card pack. While I do understand that it may not be a big of a deal for the crew to have a missing item; but as paying customer- I am entitled to have a good experience and get all my items. I don’t feel like my compensation was treated correctly. The crew did mess up my order I tiny bit but this situation was not handled well by the manager. My sauces were stuck to each which was super gross. With hair stuck to it. My nuggets did not come in the right box and they were also cold. Overall could’ve been worse but I wish crew took more responsibility and precautions. Specially the manager.

  In less than 24 hours, I A: DoorDash food, they accepted the order, then said they can’t do any because they can’t see the orders. Fine by me but take your store off DoorDash then. I work nights and since I couldn’t get my dinner/breakfast last night, I was starved and B: went directly through the drive thru after my shift. First they told me to pay at the FIRST window. I sat there for a MULTIPLE minutes before the person behind me kindly told me it’s the next window. It didn’t seem odd to them that multiple minutes had gone by without having to deal with any of the THREE cars in their drive thru? Not a head poked out of the second window or anything. I pay and then it takes five MORE minutes to get my food when they’d already had 3-5 while I was at the wrong window. I finally get home, get into comfy clothes and ALL I want is to feast on my sausage egg and cheese bagel. I open the bag. It’s a freaking BACON egg and cheese freaking BISCUIT. The complete opposite of what I ordered. I’ll give them this, it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I left. But it’s also completely on them for taking ten years just to give me the wrong damn order. 0/10, do not recommend.

  This McDonald's is a reliable go-to for a quick, hot meal delivered with consistent quality. The staff was surprisingly fast and friendly, ensuring the fries were perfectly salted and the burgers were fresh. It is easily one of the cleanest and most efficient locations I’ve visited lately!
