- MBMichael BranstadSep 30, 20231.0One of the worst subways I’ve been to. I’d just avoid subway all together in Ames. Only one guy was working, and he was moving at a snails pace. Barely knew how to assemble a sandwich, and didn’t roll it up when packaging it.

The toppings go on one side of the bread so that way the sandwich can be closed properly, the employee was putting them in the middle and closing it like a taco, resulting in all the sauce just smearing on the sandwich wrapper.
