Pretty standard Subway. Staff have always been friendly and good with my orders. I’ve also never once seen this place busy.

i ordered a ham footlong with my customizations being extra jalapenos, and a note saying LOTS of chipotle sauce. i LOVE that sauce. i did not get either. in fact, i really got almost nothing for each ingredient. there were a total of 6 pickles on my sandwich very pickles, almost no jalapenos, VERY little onions, and i didnt even get baja chipotle sauce. they put creamy sriracha on instead. so disappointing. i do not expect a tiny, bready sandwich when i pay so much money for it. i even tipped in store and online!

I had never had a bad Subway experience before this. We should have just walked out and driven across town when no one said anything or came out when we first walked in and the bell rang. But we were in a bit of a hurry to get to the airport and didn't want to make another stop.
We walked in and the bell on the door rang twice. The store was silent. We waited.... it stayed silent. I called out after a couple minutes "Is anyone here?" The girl walked around the corner and rolled her eyes at us.
She had her hair down around her ears with no hair net on. More than once she ran her hand around her ear like she was pushing it back.
The whole process of making the sandwiches was done in slow motion. She would ask a question, stand there, then ask again. She had to keep looking at the board to see what was on each sub. When my daughter asked for the guacamole on her sub that was labeled as having guacamole she did a huge eye roll and loud sigh before looking for it. By the time she had started 2 subs, we said we were done. The rest of us got food down the road.
They were out of a lot of items (or she wasn't going to fill them back up) like steak, some cheeses, lettuce, etc. We didn't get a single napkin, and as the subs were opened everything fell out. But she had removed the paper it was made on, so things were all falling out everywhere.

I usually have a good experience with Subway. I will say, though, that the 3 girls up front when we came by at night were very talkative. To the point where it got in the way of ordering what we wanted on our sandwiches. I know that everyone is new once, but you have to have some sort of professionalism in food service as it's very customer service oriented. Especially Subway, where you talk to customers through their whole order. Otherwise delicious as always
