    For what I paid for I didn't get much. Wasn't impressed with the food. Coffee was out and coffee bar was very dirty

    I accidentally put in the wrong location when ordering online this morning (my bad, I was in class), but the staffs were super nice and helped me fix it right away. Everyone had such a great attitude and was really patient, amazing staff, they deserve a raise!

    Went in around 6. Asked for a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup. They didnt have ANY bread bowls. Okay, whatever. I get the Parm BLT & the broccoli cheese (pick 2) after looking at the menu super quickly. They dont offer bread, just apple or chips for the side. It comes out and the BLT is a salad? No thats just false advertisement. Staff did absolutely nothing to change anything. I dont spend money on your overpriced food just to get ripped off. Your establishment is called Panera BREAD and if you have no BREAD at 6pm on a Monday then you need to fix something.

    We always order ahead but this location is Easily overwhelmed and as slow as stampeding snails through a can of peanut butter. Love Panera but don't like this location. Overwhelmed at 145pm... Would hate to see how slow there service is at noon and 5pm...
