    I was shocked that the menu isnt on the wall behind the register...so the employee handed me a menu so I can order. I like customer service at the counter!!!...not on line orders.or kiosk....ordering ....in personal ordering to me......Customer Service is important don't give it up.

    I ordered only two things, a double cheeseburger and a diet Coke. Diet Coke was good as always but the sandwich was horrible. It was lukewarm and tasted as if it was at least an hour old . I've also stopped ordering french fries at this location because they're almost always cold and if they're hot they still aren't crispy. I think they need to increase the temperature on their deep fryer.

    Order plain black coffee, get cream and sugar 75% of the time. How hard is it to NOT do extra steps when specifically asked?

    Went through the drive through. Spent about $17 dollars. Ordered a milkshake(chocolate) for the first time in a long time. The milkshake tasted way off and looked more vanilla than chocolate. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours without being cold. Aftertaste is terrible. Other than that rest of the order was good. Probably the machine but definitely should be checked.
