- CCChristine CorcoranNov 11, 20251.0Found out the tipping policy is horrible!! Employees cannot even receive tips until they take and pass a test!! To add insult to injury, they have to take the test on their own time!! For those reviews that mentioned bad customer service....chances are THAT is the reason! How are employees who are treated so poorly expected to be happy? For the most part, the employees are more than gracious, even those who don't get tips, but on occasion, when met by an employee who was less than cheerful, I at least understand why. For God's sake, I've heard of horrible business practices but this one takes the cake...and NEVER my coffee!!

I'm paying almost 8 dollars for a drink not the frozen water. There should be more than 3 drinks when I'm getting the largest size you have. I've tried asking for light ice as well and it's just ignored or missed the last 2 times I visited. Adding a photo of a empty drink with "light ice" I received it's absolutely full of ice and I feel like I'm getting ripped off.

The coffee taste is AMAZING and 10x better than Starbucks. Service and atmosphere were spot on. 100/10 stars! Now I need someone to build a 7 Brew near our hometown area, Buchanan MI! Please hook a girl up!

I waited in line for over 25 minutes on a weekday afternoon, and my drink tasted like burnt espresso. They also do not post prices anywhere, and don't have menu boards until you get your drink. The person telling the order has an iPad with all the information on it. I was hoping to like it, all the flavor possibilities are really fun! I've heard that other stands are much quicker and have better drinks.
