  I've been twice this week (I wanted to give them a second chance) and both times my drinks were incredibly bitter, as if the coffee was burnt. Never had a bad drink from the west location.

  2/9/26 7:15 a.m. Walk-in for take-out Food: All of the donuts were delicious! They were also really fresh since it was early, which was a huge plus lol. The selection was great as the Valentine’s themed donuts are cute! It’s just about $19 for a dozen donuts, which seems a bit steep, but it’s a chain, so it’s kind of expected lol. The donuts are worth it though. I also got an iced matcha latte which was really good! I opted for French vanilla to be added, which made it a bit sweet for me, but that’s not on them; I just know for next time not to add it :) The donuts were light and fluffy (as donuts should be) and there was plenty of glaze! All of it was definitely delicious!!! Service: The staff were all really patient with how indecisive we were lol. They greeted us with a smile when we entered and answered our questions with kindness. They also let us be while we were looking at the menu, so there wasn’t any added pressure as if they were trying to hurry us out of there. Our to-go order was packed nicely and the extra napkins were an added plus lol. Atmosphere: Inside, the tables were clean and so was the floor. It smelled wonderful and was pretty well organized. Also, it wasn’t busy (probably because it was earlier), so it wasn’t really loud inside. The menu is really easy to read and almost all of the donuts were properly labeled. It’s bright with plenty of room for people to dine-in without being crammed together, and the WiFi is a nice added touch.

  I absolutely love this new location! It's a great place to study, and the staff is kind. My order came out quickly. Great parking space and convenient drive-through access.

  I would leave a zero star if I could, food was bad, serving sizes were laughable, drinks tasted like chemicals, wait time was atrocious. Would not recommend.
