  i dont really ever post reviews, and when i have they've been positive but i just feel like there's something up here. i've worked in food service/fast food my entire working life and my family owns restaurants as well so i dont like to think im just complaining to complain. the service is generally mediocre at best. there's a few nice employees, like one girl at the counter who always gives good portions but she just constantly seems lost and confused. on one particularly busy night, we were waiting over 30 minutes for a cup of chicken and some chips+guac. she knew my name and my face and yet left it sitting there on the counter for five minutes before i told her that it was mine and she gave it to me, instead of calling the name or anything. there's another pretty nice guy but the rest of them just seem lazy or have an attitude. and again, ive worked in food service forever, and my rule is "it's fine to hate your job, but customers shouldn't be able to tell that you hate your job." i get that it sucks sometimes, but still. anyway, my main thing is that they're always out of something!!! they've been out of lettuce on three separate occasions that i've been there maybe just in the past month or so. at any restaurant i've ever worked at, if you run out of something that can be bought at a store down the street, just send someone out to get some. at this point i'm just leaving this review so that maybe a manager sees it and starts making better ingredient orders lol. you know it's a busy area, it's the only chipotle nearby, you're going to run out of stuff if you don't have enough. i'm not going to start boycotting this specific chipotle or say that chipotle has lost my business forever because that's ridiculous, but we did go to pancheros instead today and it was great all around. suggesting that to everybody else here who is disappointed lol

  Service has consistently been slow with mobile orders taking well over 20 to 30 mins past when they are supposed to be ready. On multiple occasions the line for mobile orders is 10+ people and there is not a sense of urgency even with a line that long. I have tried coming on different days and times and I think this is the last straw.

  Upon arriving originally we were told they were all out of rice. Totally ok! It’s understandable that you can be out of stock. We were told it was going to be 30 minutes until they got rice back so we left. We came back for dinner and were told they were out of a few more items. Regardless we continued to order. While checking out we asked about the specific deal that we heard about and the manager scoffed and gave us a dirty look saying that the deal wasn’t going on. While checking out a lady walked in and stated she grabbed the wrong order by accident. The manager then gave her the correct order and she went on her way. After she left one of the employees was yelling stating that the lady stole earlier when all she simply did was accidentally grab the wrong order. This employee continued on and on about how she stole and was extremely rude. She then went on to state that she had to clean the tables and she couldn’t afford an assault charge. Apparently that lady made her really mad. She went on and on about how if she could afford an assault charge she would have assaulted her. She also said she wished she could afford one. In conclusion, that certain employee is a little off. Besides her and the manager everyone else was nice. Take this information how you want when considering going here.

  I received an order through DoorDash, and this is what it looked like. I called the store just to let them know what was made, and they immediately had excuses of it must’ve swished around in transportation. They had zero accountability. There was zero apology.

  The food, as always, is fresh, often spicy, and tasty. Also a good place to add some fiber in your diet by adding beans. Sometimes, they rush with the orders and hurry you up needlessly.
