A manager at this establishment acted in a way that was completely unacceptable. Around 9 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a #9 tenders combo. I was asked if I wanted the 3- or 4-piece, and I chose the 4-piece. While placing my order, the employee was not entering anything into the system, and I wasn’t able to see what was being rung up. I was told I would receive my total at the window.
When I got to the window, I paid and was handed my food. As I drove away, I checked my order and realized it was incorrect. I went back through the drive-thru speaker to explain the issue. While I was speaking, a very loud car drove by behind me on the road next to the parking lot. The employee became hostile and accused me of revving my engine, saying, “If you’re going to be revving your engine at me, I’ll give you a refund and you can go.” I explained that the noise was not coming from my car, and he told me to pull up to the window.
When I got to the window, he greeted me by saying, “Do I look stupid or something?” I again explained that the loud car was not mine and mentioned that another employee outside had seen the car drive by. He responded, “My apologies then.” I then explained that I had ordered the #9, but received chicken nuggets instead of chicken tenders.
He briefly closed the window, then handed me another bag. As he did, he said, “By the way, we have cameras, so I can just get your license plate.” I again reassured him that I had been respectful and that the noise was not from my car. When I checked the new bag, it still contained chicken nuggets instead of tenders. I pointed this out, and he told me that the #9 was chicken nuggets. I explained that this was not what the menu stated. He then changed his response and claimed that I had ordered the #3 instead.
I had another person in the car who confirmed that I clearly ordered the #9—twice. The employee continued to argue and said that another worker also heard me order the #3. I again stated that this was incorrect and mentioned that the cameras could verify my order. I even offered to pay the difference if needed, but he declined and finally corrected the order.
The hostility, accusations, and argumentative behavior were completely unnecessary. This situation could have been resolved quickly and respectfully, but instead it was escalated due to the employee’s conduct.

The night shift manager, Jay has a completely horrible attitude and was completely unprofessional. And acts like a thug.
Also, Their soda machine wasn't working and was wanting to up charge on other beverages. Not the customers fault that their equipment doesn't work.

Today I picked up my doordash at the drive thru... There is a certain rude manager that always asks me to leave... ZFG about him, the girl with the pink hair, keep your chin up, don't let these fools steal your sunshine. I am so glad the manager dude does not like doordashers in his Wendy's... I skipped out and ate at Panchero's.. 😋 . And the staff there are very welcoming, Jayden, thankyou for helping with my doordash.
