  The pretty blonde one was very kind and funny i think her name tag said daisy or something but the service and sandwich was outstanding.

  We came for late dinner. Husband and son go first, no issue. My 11 year old goes next. She's practicing her confidence and independence. She is very particular for her sandwich (plain white bread, meatballs and 3 slices of salami). There are 3 workers, one for bread and meat, one for veggies, and one at cash register. She tells the first woman the kind of bread and she says 3 slices of salami, she gave her 7, then slides it down. So my daughter waits for the next woman. The next woman (blonde, pretty) asks what else, my daughter says meatballs, the young lady says "meatballs?" My daughter answers yes. The young lady sighs, looks disappointed and instead of handing back to the first lady she walks over, with a certain kind of attitude, and puts meatballs on the sandwich, the air shifted and vibe was uncomfortable, my daughter looked like she was going to cry, I leaned over and whispered in her ear "it's not your fault, she obviously doesn't like working here, that's NOT your fault". She said ok but I could tell this was a bad experience for her. She was too nervous and scared after that to ask for it to be toasted. My daughter gave up on her independent ordering and said that's all, nothing else for her sandwich. Then mine, ordered with no issue. We got it to go and when we were walking out, my daughter asked for us to never go to this Subway again (close to HyVee). She said she likes the one by Adventureland, they are so much nicer. Which is true, at that one they welcomed her individuality. So. I don't know if the young lady was just frustrated and let it come out. But we won't be going back to this location. We'll go where we are all welcome to express how we like our sandwiches made.

  Kids running around screaming. As it turns out they belonged to an smart aleck employee has no respect for customers. Will not go back there.

  Solid experience at this Subway location. The sandwich quality is consistent, and I appreciate the fresh ingredients. I got an Italian sub, which was tasty and filling. The shop wasn't so busy, so I got my food pretty quick. The staff was working hard and keeping up. A reliable choice if you are in a rush.

  The woman who served me at 9:30am was so kind, she did an amazing job and didn’t seem to be bothered by me asking questions about my sandwich, which is a problem I have at many places.
