  I eat here way too much. Every weekday pretty much. It's usually around where I'm working, it's consistent wherever you go, and it is delicious and filling. I give 5 stars because out of all the places I go out to eat, this is the place I go to most often.

  Freaky slow and freaky rude. This is a normal stop for us. We genuinely do a mobile order. But in the last 6 months the speed service has drastically declined. Today when we stopped by which prompted this review, the drive-thru box is broken, which isn't a big deal. I know that happens with Iowa storms.... However, when we pulled up there was not a greeting or a word before or after. No hello, no thank you. Nothing. Just a stare and a saunter off to grab our food and then return with another stare.

  Everytime i place an order on their website they redirect it to an Uber driver. I wouldn't mind usually, but not only does it take an hour or more to receive the food, but they have gotten the location wrong due to not being able to contact the driver appropriately, or update accuracy for location as you can't see your building on the map they provide to do so. If this location doesn't have the means or availability to deliver themselves i would suggest getting a more accurate 3rd party delivery system, or contacting the customer directly for a preference. I miss when freaky fast was a thing.

  Have heard from others this out of bread phenomenon, but have seen failures to customers over bread myself. Also distinctly lazy as I work in the same strip as them, and they have to call in Uber Eats to deliver an order someone in there just sitting on their behind can walk down the sidewalk to deliver. The driver themselves told me they were just sitting there, cracking jokes, listening to loud music.

  Third time in a row that every single sandwich in our delivery order is completely wrong. And of course they won't do anything about it. I don't understand how you can be so simple minded to not know how to make a sandwich. Might be time to hire someone with a brain.
