Some customers were eating with their gloves on and talking about how they were not going back because of how very cold it was in there. It was warmer outside than it was in that dining room. They need to TURN ON THE HEAT. Management needs to stop trying to save a buck by keeping the heat off. It's been like that the last few times we have been there. We're not going back until this changes.
