Even though the restaurant was extremely busy when we were there, we received our food quickly, it was just the right temperature and was of excellent quality. The bartender made drinks for us that weren't on the menu and did a great job. We had not been to this establishment for over 10 years but we will certainly be back soon!

There was an employee assisting other guests with loading arcade cards, so we waited and assumed he would help us as well, as we are waiting he just took off in a hurry telling us he “couldn’t help us right now” and said he would be right back. We waited about 10 minutes, during which my daughter was ready to check out her prizes.Probably would have took him an extra 30 seconds. He then passed by again, still stating he couldn’t help us. We continued waiting another 10–15 minutes while observing the employee help multiple guests at the front, but no one came to assist us in the prize area. After waiting close to 30 minutes without any communication or alternative assistance offered, we decided to leave without redeeming the prizes. I understand that staff can be busy, but better communication or asking another employee or manager to help would have gone a long way. We usually have good experiences here, which made this visit especially frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
