Prices were kinda high for my liking but everything was amazing. We had a great time bowling and the drinks looked at tasted amazing. 10/10 I would recommend

There was an employee assisting other guests with loading arcade cards, so we waited and assumed he would help us as well, as we are waiting he just took off in a hurry telling us he “couldn’t help us right now” and said he would be right back. We waited about 10 minutes, during which my daughter was ready to check out her prizes.Probably would have took him an extra 30 seconds. He then passed by again, still stating he couldn’t help us. We continued waiting another 10–15 minutes while observing the employee help multiple guests at the front, but no one came to assist us in the prize area. After waiting close to 30 minutes without any communication or alternative assistance offered, we decided to leave without redeeming the prizes. I understand that staff can be busy, but better communication or asking another employee or manager to help would have gone a long way. We usually have good experiences here, which made this visit especially frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

- NJNancy JacobsenDec 22, 20251.0Sorry, the experience at Uncle Bucks was terrible! We waited about 10 minutes for a table, got seated and the server came pretty quick. We asked for water and a hamburger that we were going to share. We never saw the server again and 1 1/2 hours later we left, never having been served or even got a glass of water. There were 6 tables of people, with children melting down from the wait all around us. . If Uncle Buck’s want to stay open they better improve their service! We would never return.
