After the second incident, we went back and spoke to the manager, who refused to remake the food because we didn't have the receipt-even after we showed a photo of the raw burgers. I understand that stores have policies, but serving raw burgers twice is a serious food safety issue. Prioritizing a receipt over customer safety is unacceptable. We threw away the receipt the first time, assuming it was a one-time mistake, which clearly it wasn't. This place shows a lack of care for proper food handling, and I would hate for someone-especially children-to get sick because of it. We will not be returning.
