There was almost no wait time as far as service but that meant I got a cold big Mac, Not the ideal trade-off. Service was ok. And the big Mac I got was ok at best. It was NOT hot, it just tasted cheap (which it was). Overall if your in a pinch and need something quick this will work but go across the street to B-Bops for better food and better service.

I repeatedly asked for money to be refunded. She tried to physically put order in my vehicle when I requested a refund and would not give her name so I could not report her. Terrible customer service. I even went inside on crutches to request a refund. Customer service gets a big zero in my boom. I will be contacting their owners.

They placed the chicken nuggets and sauces in was missing in the bag, but still didn't give me my kids sandwiches !!! Drove all the way home just to look in the bag and get pissed. I'm definitely complaining to corporate Monday !
