She then came over and said the cashier made an error and there was NOTHING she could do my code was gone she wouldn't override or anything. So I guess Sheila thinks the customer has to pay for a cashiers error? POOR MANAGEMENT

They were taking orders from the other drive thru and took orders from the people ahead of me and they were taking everyone’s orders but mine. Terrible customer service, rude employees. Waste of time, don’t eat at this place. I hope whoever refused to take my order on Thursday, December 18th gets fired. That is ridiculous. Literally had to drive around and go inside to get my food. This is bullshit. McDonald’s, why???? 😡😡😡
