  New owners or management or both. No one knows what they are doing although friendly. Find a different location! Especially if you want to get through quickly!

  I have ordered ahead from this Dunkin many times and have never had any issues... but today was AWFUL. I sat at the drive thru for about 4 minutes and no one spoke to take my order, so I went inside and there was one lady working... very slowly. She took about another 4 minutes to put a dozen donuts into a box, all while on the phone with a friend. At this point I was just going to tell them to cancel my order bc I had to get to work, but the worker wouldn't acknowledge me so I just had to stand there. It took 9 minutes and the 6 am worker to come in to even think about starting my order. Ended up waiting 13 minutes and being late for work all for a refresher and a 10 ct donut hole. Will not be returning anytime soon!

  Sat in the drive thru lane fir 29 minutes only to be told that they have NO doughnuts or munchkins! I'll never go there again.

  There is one gentleman working while the others stand around talking and giggling. Not only did it take several minutes to answer the drive through, but then I waited another 10 minutes at the window watching the girls just giggle and completely ignore me. There was no one else in the store and I was the only one in the driver through. Their conversation was more important than I tip, i guess? Thanks to the guy who eventually came from the back to help me. You deserve better coworkers!

  I went to 3053 8th St SW #100, Altoona, IA 50009 today for a coffee and all I gotta say is that my first experience at Dunkin Donuts was terrible! I was there around 4pm to 6pm (time frame) to get a coffee. The lady that " helped" me was rude and inpatient. She was in a rush to get off work and didn't care what I wanted to say, and she absolutely didn't listen. I was trying to use my free coffee reward, and I asked for a Caramel crazed latte. The lady told me I wasn't able to get that use that reward cause it had expresso in it. She was really rude and said well you can't get that drink because it has expresso, I told I understand that and I would like to look at the menu some more. Well I'm blind but not blind blind the menu was small and wasn't able to read anything so I got into the app to see everything better, as I was looking in the app I heard her make the drink that I wasn't allowed to get with my rewards, so I sat down and waited for my drink to be made, I had told her 2 to 3 time that I didn't want the drink and was looking for a drink that I can use with the rewards. She made the drink and told my husband that the total was $7.47, I was beyond annoyed and angry that she made the drink even though I told her not to. After we left she was definitely in a hurry to leave. If she would've calmed down and listened I wouldn't have to send this
