They charged my account and said I could pick it up at the time I put down. I get there and go to the pick up area and tell them I am here to get my donuts I pre ordered. They the told me they are out of the donuts I already paid for!! They told me I could get something else but all the other donuts they had I didn’t want. I am very upset since I was looking forward to eating the donuts I paid for in advance. I believe the people who pre pay on the app should get the donuts/food they ordered.
