- BCBill CanneyDec 31, 20251.0I had placed a mobile order and approached the drive thru and mentioned my order number and name and I was told “we don’t go by order number” what’s the name that I had to repeat 3 times. I then approached the drive thru window and the gal handed me the box and not a word from her nor receipt (this associate 110% lacks customer service). Got my order home and I did not receive my full order again lack of customer service. This was a major disappointment establishment and would not recommend.

This was probably the worst coffee I have ever had. And I've drank hospital coffee. I'm not sure how they managed to make coffee taste like burnt hot water but man. Waste of $6. I had two sips and that was enough.

I sat at the drive thru for about 4 minutes and no one spoke to take my order, so I went inside and there was one lady working... very slowly. She took about another 4 minutes to put a dozen donuts into a box, all while on the phone with a friend. At this point I was just going to tell them to cancel my order bc I had to get to work, but the worker wouldn't acknowledge me so I just had to stand there. It took 9 minutes and the 6 am worker to come in to even think about starting my order. Ended up waiting 13 minutes and being late for work all for a refresher and a 10 ct donut hole. Will not be returning anytime soon!
